In order to give you an accurate quote on any work we need to see your artwork.

Please e-mail all artwork to sales@black-sheep.com

We can accept the following file formats: .tif, .tiff, .eps, .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, .bmp, .doc. We can also accept adobe illustrator files (.ai) though please note that we use 10 & CS versions.

OUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT FOR SCREEN PRINTED T-SHIRTS IS 50

PRINT

To print your design we must have the artwork as a vectored Illustrator file. What this means is that that the artwork is built (actually drawn) in a vector or object based program such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or Macromedia Freehand. When providing such files it is important to convert fonts to curves or create outlines for all text used. Each object in the vector file can then be selected and individually manipulated independently from the rest of the image.

The cost of the artwork is dependent on the complexity of your design and how large you would like the print.  Once we have received and reviewed your artwork we will be able to quote for the artwork and printing costs.

If you cannot provide us with an illustrator file please let us know. We can probably use a different type of file, scan an image or create the vector file if required.

We store all artwork and jacquards that we create, so you will be able to use the same design and size on a subsequent order. Please note that artwork  may have to be recreated or altered if you wish to make significant changes to the design’s size. Different materials may also require alteration due to the weight or stretch of the fabric.

Each colour on the shirt requires it’s own screen to be made which makes it quite expensive to do which is why we have a minimum order quantity.

At Black Sheep we can brand most promotional items by printing your logo, if you would like a quotation or have any questions, please feel free to e-mail or call us at sales@black-sheep.com
